Angel Aniwa is an Associate at Hayfords Law Company, where she provides legal counsel to local and international companies in the mining, petroleum, real estate, and construction industries. Her professional interests include corporate governance, commercial disputes, negotiations, and transactions.

Before joining Hayfords Law Company, she gained valuable experience in legal research and law reporting at the Judicial Service of Ghana, as well as in commercial disputes and contract negotiations at boutique law firms in Accra and Sunyani. She holds an LLB from the University of Ghana and a Qualifying Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. Angel is also a member of the Ghana Bar Association.

Beyond her legal practice, Angel is deeply passionate about volunteering and giving back to her community. In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking and watching movies.
